Couple work requires two willing people. If your partner isn't in, that tells you something important. But you're not stuck - you can still:
• Get clarity on the pattern you're in
• Stabilize your own nervous system
• Learn how to invite them in from a grounded place
• Create a boundary plan if they refuse
That's what Pattern Clarity Calls are for.

I offer Couple Repair Sessions where both partners join, I translate what you're each actually trying to say, and we create scripts for repair.

No. This is pattern coaching, not therapy.
I don't diagnose, treat mental illness, or provide clinical care. I translate relational patterns, teach nervous system skills, and help you see what you keep repeating so you can choose differently.
If you need clinical support - active crisis, suicidal thoughts, severe mental health symptoms - please see a licensed therapist or call a crisis line. I can work alongside therapy, but I'm not a replacement for it.
Clarity can happen in one call. I've had people say "you just described 10 years of my life in 10 minutes."
Seeing the pattern is fast. Changing it takes practice.
Most people feel relief immediately because they finally understand what's been happening. But rewiring your nervous system responses? That's a longer game - usually 4-8 weeks of consistent practice to build new defaults.

Programs = Guided week-by-week work. Videos, scripts, micro-drills. For when you want structure and depth, not just one insight.

You tell me what's going on. I listen for the pattern underneath the story.
Then I translate it back to you: what's actually happening, why it keeps repeating, and what the next right move is.
You leave with:
• A clear read on the pattern
• Understanding of why you (and/or they) keep doing this
• One or two specific things to do differently
• Sometimes a script to use

After you book and pay, you'll get an email with a link to pick your session time. Then you'll get a calendar invite with a video call link (usually Zoom or Google Meet).
Show up on time. Have a quiet space. That's it.
For calls: Reschedule up to 24 hours before. No-shows forfeit the session.
For programs and digital products: No refunds once accessed. You're paying for the content, not whether you use it.
If something's genuinely wrong, reach out. I'll be fair.
I'm not the right fit if you:
