The 30-Day Rewire

Structure that calms the nervous system

Structure is safety.

Predictability tells your nervous system: "You are not about to be abandoned." We replace instability with rhythm. Not grinding. Not punishment. Just consistency that your body can trust.

Daily Practice

The Anchor Ritual

Do this every morning. It takes 2 minutes. Your body learns through repetition, not logic.

Daily Anchor Ritual

Hand on chest
Inhale 4 counts
Hold 2 counts
Exhale 6 counts
Repeat 7 rounds

"My body wants relief. I choose safety."

My daily sentence (write your own version):
Exercise 5.1

Weekly Identity Rebuild

Each week, deliberately reclaim pieces of yourself that got lost in the bond. Your self must become louder than the attachment.

One Habit
One Routine
One Pleasure
One Boundary
Exercise 5.2

Craving Response Protocol

When craving hits, it's not love. It's withdrawal. Follow this exactly:

1
Name it: "This is craving, not truth."
2
Rate it: How intense is it right now? (1-10)
3
Move your body: 20 squats, fast walk, cold water on wrists
4
Eat or hydrate: Your nervous system needs fuel
5
Wait 20 minutes: Set a timer. Do not act until it goes off.
6
Write the message you want to send in your notes app
7
Write the reply they would realistically give
What usually becomes clear after step 7?
