Right now your mind has too much space. Empty space gets filled with thoughts of her. We're going to fill that space with structure. Not to distract you. To rebuild you.

Your nervous system doesn't trust you yet. We're going to give it reasons to.

Daily Practice

The Morning Protocol

Do this every morning before you check your phone. Non-negotiable.

Morning Reset (5 minutes)

Cold water on face
10 deep breaths
20 pushups or squats
One intention for the day

"I don't need her attention to be valuable."

The Evening Review

Every night, before bed, answer these three questions:

1. Did I maintain no-contact today?
2. Did I complete my discipline stack?
3. One thing I'm proud of today:

Where have I been getting my sense of power from?
What would it feel like to have power that doesn't depend on anyone else?

The Goal

After 30 days of this, you won't be the same person. Not because you forgot her. Because you became someone who doesn't need her to feel powerful.

That's the real goal. Not getting over her. Becoming someone who doesn't need external validation to feel whole.
