What are your response hours?
9am to 8pm in my timezone. After-hours messages get answered first thing in the morning. This isn't a crisis line, it's sustainable support. If you're in danger, please contact 988.
Is this therapy?
No. I'm not a licensed therapist and this isn't a replacement for therapy. It's pattern support. Someone who knows your nervous system patterns and can help you interrupt them in real-time. If you need clinical support, I'll tell you.
How is this different from just texting a friend?
Your friends love you but they can't see your patterns objectively. They get pulled into the drama. They get exhausted. I can say "that's your abandonment alarm" without taking sides, and I won't burn out on your spirals because this is literally what I'm here for.
What does the setup fee cover?
Your first session, a full pattern intake, and the time it takes to actually understand your specific nervous system before we start. You're not paying to get on a list. You're paying to start with context already built.
Do I need a diagnosis?
No. If you recognize yourself in the patterns described, this can help whether or not you have formal diagnoses. Many people are undiagnosed or self-diagnosed and that's fine.
Which tier should I start with?
If you're in active relationship chaos or you know you spiral regularly, start at Tier 1 or 2. If you're more in a maintenance or learning phase, Tier 3 or 4 might be enough. You can always upgrade. Starting lower and moving up is smarter than starting high and cancelling.
Can I cancel anytime?
