1. Copyright Ownership

1.1 Protected Intellectual Property

The following materials are original works authored by Scar (operating as Unscarred) and are protected under United States copyright law (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.) and international copyright treaties:

• The Activation Architecture™ - Complete six-stage framework including Trigger Theme, Compressed Window, Mask Activation, Protection Strategy, Relational Loop, and Aftermath Story
• The Psyche Engine™ - 24-mask classification system including all mask names, descriptions, quadrant organization, and twin-pair methodology
• Mirror Archetypes™ - Six archetypes (Fixer, Vanisher, Analyzer, Warrior, Chameleon, Performer) including assessment methodology
• War Mapping™ - Four war classification system (Abandonment, Exposure, Entrapment, Erasure)
• The Compressed Window Model™ - Window of tolerance framework and genetic/epigenetic inheritance model
• Ground Zero Framework™ - Core wound identification and mapping system
• Pattern Sessions™ - BPD, NPD, CPTSD, ADHD pattern reframes and nervous system translations
• Master Wound Matrix™ - 18-pattern wound classification system
• All written content - Blog posts, articles, educational materials, quiz content, program curricula
• All visual content - Graphics, diagrams, infographics, carousel designs, brand aesthetic
• All terminology and language - Specific phrasing, explanations, metaphors, and teaching methodologies

1.2 Trademark Claims

The following marks are claimed as trademarks of Unscarred:

• UNSCARRED™
• THE ACTIVATION ARCHITECTURE™
• THE PSYCHE ENGINE™
• "YOUR PATTERNS ARE NOT YOUR FAULT. NOT KNOWING THEM IS."™
• "TURNS SCARS INTO MIRRORS"™

2. Prohibited Uses

2.1 Absolute Prohibitions

The following actions are STRICTLY PROHIBITED without prior written authorization:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any framework, methodology, or system
• Creating derivative works based on Unscarred frameworks
• Teaching, training, or coaching using Unscarred methodologies
• Incorporating Unscarred concepts into your own programs, courses, or services
• Using Unscarred terminology, mask names, or framework components
• Scraping, harvesting, or automated extraction of content
• Reverse engineering quiz logic, scoring algorithms, or assessment tools
• Screen recording, photographing, or otherwise capturing content for redistribution
• Translating content into other languages for commercial use
• Using content in AI training datasets or language models

2.2 Commercial Use Prohibition

NO COMMERCIAL USE of any Unscarred content is permitted under any circumstances without explicit written license. This includes but is not limited to:

• Offering coaching or therapy services based on Unscarred frameworks
• Creating competing educational products or programs
• Publishing books, ebooks, or guides using Unscarred methodologies
• Selling courses or workshops incorporating Unscarred concepts
• Monetizing content that references or builds upon Unscarred IP

2.3 Attribution Does Not Grant License

IMPORTANT: Crediting Unscarred or linking to this site does NOT constitute permission to use the content. Attribution is required for fair use (where applicable) but does not replace the need for explicit written permission for any substantial use.

3. Fair Use Limitations

While fair use doctrine (17 U.S.C. § 107) may permit limited use for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, or research, the following guidelines apply:

3.1 Permitted Fair Use

• Brief quotations (maximum 2-3 sentences) with proper attribution and link to original source
• Academic analysis or criticism in scholarly work
• News reporting about Unscarred (factual coverage only)

3.2 NOT Fair Use

• Using frameworks or methodologies in your own practice
• Creating "summaries" or "guides" to Unscarred frameworks
• Teaching concepts to clients or students
• Incorporating into commercial services
• Creating competing resources

When in doubt, assume it requires permission.

4. Enforcement & Legal Remedies

4.1 Monitoring & Detection

Unscarred actively monitors for unauthorized use through:

• Automated plagiarism detection tools
• Google Alerts for protected terminology
• Social media monitoring
• User reports of infringement
• Professional copyscape services

4.2 Consequences of Infringement

Copyright infringement may result in:

• Immediate cease and desist notice
• DMCA takedown requests to hosting providers and platforms
• Public exposure of infringement on social media
• Civil litigation seeking statutory damages up to $150,000 per work infringed (17 U.S.C. § 504)
• Injunctive relief prohibiting further use
• Attorneys' fees and court costs
• Disgorgement of profits earned from infringing use

4.3 No Warning Required

While Unscarred may choose to issue a warning before pursuing legal action, no warning is required. Infringement may result in immediate legal proceedings.

5. Reporting Infringement

If you discover unauthorized use of Unscarred content, please report it immediately:

• Description of which Unscarred content is being infringed
• Screenshots or evidence of infringement

6. Licensing Inquiries

If you wish to use Unscarred content, frameworks, or methodologies in a manner not permitted by these terms, you must obtain a written license.

Note: Licensing is granted at sole discretion of Unscarred and may be denied for any reason.

7. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)

7.1 DMCA Takedown Notices

Unscarred will pursue DMCA takedown notices for any infringing content hosted on third-party platforms.

7.2 Repeat Infringer Policy

Users found to repeatedly infringe Unscarred copyrights will be permanently banned from all Unscarred services and may face legal action.

8. International Copyright

Unscarred content is protected internationally under:

• Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works
• Universal Copyright Convention (UCC)
• WIPO Copyright Treaty (WCT)

These protections apply regardless of where you access or use the content.

9. Website Terms of Use

9.1 Acceptable Use
