Why Desire Got Locked
Your desire didn't disappear. It froze where it learned to survive.
When sex gets fused to inconsistency, attraction becomes painful instead of nourishing. Your body learned that desire = this person = the only source of relief.
Your body isn't broken. It's narrow. Arousal got trained to one source because safety got trained to one source.
Uncoupling Arousal From Attachment
The goal isn't to kill desire. It's to free it. To give your body evidence that pleasure can exist without him, that arousal doesn't require anxiety, that you can want without needing.
- No-narrative pleasure, sensation without story
- Template expansion, widening what turns you on
- Desire ownership, your arousal belongs to you, not to the bond
The 14-Day Sexual Reset
This protocol breaks the cue pairing and rebuilds desire with new associations:
- Days 1-7: Remove the bait. No fantasizing about him. No replaying memories.
- Days 1-7: Redirect, don't shame. When your mind goes there, gently redirect.
- 4x per week: Rewire the ritual. 20-minute sessions focused on sensation, not narrative.
- Days 8-14: Widen the target. Start noticing attraction to others without acting on it.
The No-Narrative Practice
For 7 days, practice pleasure without story:
Focus only on sensation, temperature, pressure, texture. Not the person. Not the memory. Just what your body actually feels.
When narrative enters, notice it and return to sensation. No judgment. Just practice.
